Wash and clean all vegetables and fruits.

Grate carrots and apples. Chop the peeled tomatoes with a blender. Pass the zucchini and pepper through a meat grinder.

Mix all the ingredients together and boil for 1.5-2 hours on low heat.

Add chopped garlic, hot pepper, vinegar, salt and spices.

Boil the adjika for another 5 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
