- Orange - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the oranges right in the peel for 15 minutes.
Fill with cold water and leave for 2 hours, and then finely chop.
Mix them with sugar, put them on the stove and cook for about an hour on low heat, stirring.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
