I am happy to share a recipe for compote of green pears! This is a good option for those who like moderately sweet drinks with a light but distinct taste. In addition, it is quite possible to send a little unripe fruits to the compote, which are not particularly tasty to eat just like that.

Ingredients

  • Pear (green) – 600 g
  • Sugar - 300 g
  • Water - 2-3 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the pears and put them in clean, dry jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lids.

Drain this water, boil it again and pour it for another 20 minutes.

Drain the water again, add sugar to it and boil it.

Pour in the pears and roll up the compote for the winter.
