- Orange - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Lemon juice - 100 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the oranges with boiling water and cut into small pieces together with the peel.
Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the sliced oranges and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
Pour in the lemon juice and boil for another 1 minute.
Arrange the hot jam in sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
