On the one hand, figs seem to be something rather specific and not too clear. On the other hand, in fact, a lot of different blanks can be prepared from it. For example, an excellent seasonal compote without sterilization.

Ingredients

  • Fig - 400 g
  • Water - 2 l
  • Sugar - 200 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the figs, put them in sterile jars and pour boiling water over them.

Cover with lids and let the blanks cool.

Drain this water and boil it again. Add sugar.

Pour the figs again and roll them up for the winter.
