- Jerusalem Artichoke - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice from the Jerusalem artichoke in any way. You can rub and squeeze through cheesecloth.
Bring to a boil. Add water and sugar to taste.
Boil the juice for 3 minutes and pour it into sterile jars.
