Borscht dressing with cabbage without vinegar for winter in cans

In addition to the usual vegetable salads, I highly recommend preparing a couple more jars of borscht dressing. This recipe is a godsend. There is cabbage right away and there is not a drop of vinegar, so then no one will distinguish your little trick in the finished borscht.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes in a blender, chop cabbage, finely chop onions and grate carrots with beets.
Mix all the ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer the vegetables for about half an hour on low heat.
Put them into sterile jars and sterilize them for another 20 minutes.
Roll up for the winter.
