- Water - 300 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the quince, cut into slices and boil for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Put the quince in sterilized jars.
Boil 300 ml of water with the remaining ingredients.
Pour the marinade over the quince and roll it up for the winter.
