There are no mushrooms that cannot be salted for the winter. And today I want to share a family recipe for salty waves. They've been using it at home for years, and it's never let anyone down yet. I tell you step by step and in detail!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (volnushki) – 1.5 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Salt - 30 g
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Bay leaf - 5 pieces
- Carnation - 5 buds
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the waves from debris and soak them for a day, changing the water a couple of times.
Rinse the mushrooms and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water.
Lay out the waves from the broth and let cool.
Add to them leaves, spices, salt and sliced garlic.
Bring the broth in which the mushrooms were cooked to a boil again.
Fill in the waves and leave them under the press. When they cool down, put them in the refrigerator for a day.
Arrange the ready-made salted waves with brine in sterile jars and roll up.
