Ingredients
- Milk - 1 l
- Vermicelli - 150 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour milk into a deep saucepan, add salt, sugar and bring to a boil over low heat.
Add the vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn off the heat, add the butter and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
