Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 2 kg
  • Tomatoes - 500 g
  • Carrots - 500 g
  • Onion - 500 g
  • Garlic - 100 g
  • Vinegar - 120 ml
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 80 ml
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Salt - 80 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.

Mince carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.

Fry onions and carrots in oil in a deep cauldron for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, cucumbers and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add garlic, sugar, salt and black pepper passed through the press. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat.

Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the heat after 1 minute.

Put the hot caviar in the prepared jars, roll it up and leave it in a warm place for a day.
