- Hawthorn - 500 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the hawthorn and put it in sterile jars.
Boil water with sugar, boil until dissolved and pour over the hawthorn.
Leave for 15 minutes under the lid, drain the syrup and boil again.
Pour the hawthorn again and roll up the compote.
