Even if you are doing canning for the first time, be sure of an excellent result. According to this simple recipe, you can easily cook crispy and fragrant cucumbers with apples. I recommend using fruits of the Golden and Antonovka varieties.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2,5 kg
- Apples - 500 g
- Dill - 3 umbrella
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Apple cider vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Water (filtered) – 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for 3 hours in cold water.
Cut the apples into four parts, remove the core with the seeds.
Put currant leaves, dill, black pepper, apples and cucumbers in jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt.
Boil for 2 minutes, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from heat.
Pour the marinade into jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it well.
