Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 1.2 kg
- Onion - 400 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick chanterelles, boil for 20 minutes in boiling water and pass through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry in oil for 7-10 minutes.
Add tomato and water, salt and spices, and simmer for a couple more minutes.
Add the mushrooms, simmer for 20 minutes and arrange in sterile jars.
Add a little more hot oil to each jar and roll it up for the winter.
