Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Vinegar - 70 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass all the vegetables and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add butter, salt and sugar, and bring the caviar to a boil.
