Salad with cabbage, sausage and green peas can be prepared in just 15 minutes, since all the products are in the right condition. Nothing needs to be pre-cooked or baked. You can take any sausage – boiled or smoked.

- Sausage - 150 g
- Cabbage (white-haired) – 100 g
- Green peas (canned) – 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 4-5 twigs
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and then thinly chop the cabbage. You can use a special grater. If the cabbage is tough, you can add a pinch of salt and mash it with your hands.
Peel the sausage from the shell and cut into strips, put it in a bowl.
Put canned peas without liquid in a salad bowl.
Finely chop the greens – parsley and green onions are used here. Season the salad with mayonnaise of any fat content. You can use both a home and store product. Add salt to the salad to taste and add spices.
Mix the salad and serve immediately.
A common salad bowl or small bowls, glasses for one serving are suitable for serving.
