Attention to all gourmets! Amazing cranberry sauce can be prepared for the winter. Cook it in the season of fresh berries, close it in jars and enjoy the winter. This recipe uses water, you can add orange or apple juice instead.
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 600 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Corn Starch - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Tomato juice - 100 ml
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cranberries through a fine sieve.
Add tomato juice, spices, sugar, salt and garlic passed through the press. Boil on low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix starch with water and pour a thin stream into a saucepan with cranberries. Boil for another 5 minutes.
Add vinegar and remove from heat after 1 minute.
Arrange the sauce in clean, dry jars and roll up.
