This recipe will appeal to connoisseurs of Georgian cuisine. Spicy adjika of tomatoes with horseradish and garlic is prepared without cooking, so vitamins and nutrients are preserved to the maximum. Such a blank should be stored exclusively in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Horseradish Root - 250 g
- Garlic - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Utsho-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1,5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and horseradish root. Disassemble the garlic into cloves and peel off the husks.
Grind the blanks in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Add butter, sugar, salt, spices and mix well.
Put the adjika in clean, dry jars, close the lids tightly and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
