Gooseberry mojito with lemon and lemon balm for winter

I suggest making a little variety and making a gooseberry mojito with lemon and lemon balm. This combination of ingredients pleasantly surprises with harmony. Any gooseberry will do for the recipe, but with green it will turn out more beautiful!
Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 800 g
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Melissa - 10 twigs
- Sugar - 350 g
- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the gooseberries from the dry tails and rinse thoroughly.
Scald lemons with boiling water, cut into circles. Rinse Melissa under running water.
Put gooseberries, lemon balm and lemon slices in clean jars.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave for half an hour.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup into jars, roll up and turn upside down.
