Today I will tell you how to simply cook caviar from the legs of honeydew. To do this, you will need the most common ingredients and about an hour of your time. When there is no desire to cook dinner, take out the mushroom billet, spread it on bread and just serve it on the table.
Ingredients
- Honeydew (legs) – 2 kg
- Carrots - 300 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the legs of the honeydew in salted water for 15 minutes, put them in a colander and leave to drain for 10 minutes.
Pass the boiled legs of honey mushrooms, carrots and peeled onions through a meat grinder.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add the carrots and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add honeydew legs, spices and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Fill the prepared jars with hot caviar and roll them up.
