Salad with pasta, vegetables and olives is a simple and delicious dish that allows for a wide variety of ingredients. Along with vegetables, you can also add mushrooms, pieces of meat, smoked meat or fish.
Ingredients
- Pasta (boiled) – 50 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6-7 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
- Olives - 6-8 pieces
- Greenery - to taste
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
For salad, you need to use pre-cooked and cooled pasta. It can be farfale (bows), spirals, pasta, penne or small pasta orzo. Put the pasta in a bowl, add the cherry, cut into quarters.
Cut half of the sweet pepper into strips and put it in a bowl.
Cut the olives into halves and send them to a bowl along with finely chopped herbs. Parsley or basil is ideal.
Lightly salt the salad, season with oil and mix.
Thanks to the pasta in the composition, the salad turns out to be quite satisfying and can be served to the table as an independent dish.
