This simple salad is prepared in a matter of minutes, perfectly raises the appetite and decorates any table with its appearance. Separately, I recommend cooking it for a picnic, because it will not spoil and will not wind up from standing in the air a little longer.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 0,5 kg
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
- Arugula - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ginger (grated) – 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 of the clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper into strips, and chop the chili and garlic finely.
Add grated ginger and thoroughly washed arugula to the vegetables.
Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and all the spices, pour over the salad and mix.
Leave the pepper to marinate for at least an hour and a half.
