Pea soups are often quite monotonous. If you are tired of it, like me, I suggest experimenting with the ingredients. For example, in this recipe I add frozen or canned corn to taste.
Ingredients
- Smoked Meat - 200 g
- Peas (stabbed) – 200 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Water - 1.5 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance.
Chop the onion and carrot, send it to the bowl. Cut the smoked meat into the same place and add the peas.
Fill everything with water and cook for an hour in soup mode.
15 minutes before the end, add the corn and spices.
