Polish cabbage is a popular dish that is well known to many. There are different recipes for this soup, but I like this option the most. With fragrant bacon and two types of cabbage, it turns out especially tasty!

Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and put it in a saucepan.
Add cold water, black pepper and cook for 1 hour over low heat.
Chop the bacon, white cabbage, peeled onions, potatoes and carrots.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry for 2 minutes.
Put the roast in a saucepan, add potatoes, bacon, both types of cabbage and cook for 15 minutes.
Add salt, squeeze garlic through a press and remove from heat.
