Ingredients
- Sprat - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass tomatoes and onions through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the peppers and carrots, mix the vegetables, add the oil and bring to a boil.
Disassemble the sprat on the fillet and put it with the vegetables. Add sugar, salt and spices to taste.
Simmer all together on low heat for 1.5 hours after re-boiling under the lid.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the canned food into sterile jars.
