Can you imagine how great it will be to go down to the cellar and take a jar of delicious fanta from the shelf? However, it is without bubbles and is made from natural products. Gooseberry and orange fanta is a great alternative to carbonated drinks.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry - 500 g
  • Orange - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
  • Water - 3 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Gooseberry pick, peel and rinse.

Scald the oranges with boiling water and cut them together with the peel.

Place berries and orange slices in sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 3 minutes.

Pour the boiling syrup into the jars and roll up.
