People, as a rule, are divided into prune lovers and his opponents. If you belong to the first, by all means try to cook prune sauce for meat. It turns out rich and very fragrant, so it is spent extremely sparingly.
Ingredients
- Prunes (without a bone) – 500 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Water (boiling water) – 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the prunes thoroughly and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a saucepan with boiling water, boil for 5 minutes.
Drain half of the liquid, grind the rest with an immersion blender.
Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
Add sugar, spices, salt and garlic passed through the press. Boil the sauce over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in the vinegar, warm up for another 1 minute and pour into the prepared container. Close the lids tightly and transfer to a dark, cool place for storage a day later.
