Spicy adjika from plums for the winter without cooking

One of the most original adjika recipes in my notebook is this kind of spicy adjika from plums. The secret is that it is cooked without cooking, so the process requires a minimum of time and effort. One caveat: be sure to store it in a cold place or just in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Plums (pitted) – 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomato paste - 250 g
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 7 art.l.
- Garlic - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar (essence) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the pepper, chili, garlic and plum through a meat grinder.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix the adjika thoroughly.
Put it in sterilized jars and store it in a cold place.
