A neighbor once shared this recipe with me. She and her husband have been picking mushrooms for many years, and how she cooks them — you can write a whole book about it! Her salty rows turn out crispy and very fragrant! The smell is all over the entrance!
Ingredients
- Rows - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rows and soak for 3 hours. Change the water every hour.
Rinse the mushrooms again, cover with cold water and boil for 15 minutes.
Change the water, add a little salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
Put the mushrooms in a colander, cool a little and rinse again.
In a large saucepan, boil water with salt and sugar.
Add vegetable oil, rowlets and cook for 10 minutes.
Arrange the rows in sterilized jars, roll up and wrap with a thick towel.
