Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 2 kg
- Citric acid - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 2 l
- Cherry leaves - 15 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add cherry leaves and a spoonful of citric acid to the prune.
Fill with water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let the billet brew for a day.
Strain the broth and add sugar to it.
Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes.
Add another spoonful of citric acid, mix the syrup and pour into jars or bottles.
