Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the tomatoes and chop them with a blender.

Add butter, sugar, salt and spices to taste. Bring to a boil.

Lay out the sliced zucchini and simmer for 20 minutes.

Put the sliced cucumbers and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add chopped herbs and vinegar.

After 5 minutes, roll the lecho into sterilized jars.
