Blackthorn is often grown in suburban areas. Unlike blackthorn, its fruits are less sour and tart. Jams, compotes, jams and jam are made from it. I like to make a sauce from blackthorn. I cook it a lot at once and close it for the winter.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and grind in a blender.

Rinse the prunes and place them in a saucepan with cold water. Boil for 20 minutes.

Drain the water, cool the prunes slightly and rub through a sieve.

Mix the resulting mass with sugar, salt, spices, garlic passed through the press and crushed bell pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.

Add the vinegar, warm it up for 2 minutes and put it in clean jars. Roll up and wrap up with a thick towel for a day.
