Don't know where to put green cranberries? It's really not an easy task. Once I tried to make jam from it, and it turned out to be, perhaps, the best solution of all possible. And that is why today I am happy to share with you a proven recipe.
Ingredients
- Cranberries (green) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the cranberries with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Let the workpiece cool for a couple of hours and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Repeat the previous step and then immediately roll the jam into sterilized jars.
