Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices, rinse the sloe and put everything in a jar.
Cover with sugar and pour boiling water.
Cover with a lid and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the syrup, bring it to a boil again, pour in the compote and roll up the jar.
