At the end of summer, my friends and I go to the forest to collect cranberries. I freeze a few berries, and for the most part I cook jams and jams. Cranberries in their own juice turn out to be very tasty. It does not take long to prepare, the whole process takes about half an hour.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the lingonberries and put them on a towel to dry.

Divide the berries in half. You can sort out the soft ones separately from the dense and beautiful ones.

Pass the soft berries through a juicer or mash them in a mortar.

Mix the resulting puree with sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

Pour in the whole berries, boil for another 5 minutes and put them in clean, dry jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a warm blanket for a day.
