Beetroot with garlic and horseradish for winter

This recipe will appeal to fans of mustard, hot pepper and other savory snacks. Beetroot with garlic and horseradish can be spread on bread, served with jelly, baked or boiled meat. I must warn you that you need to work with horseradish in gloves.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Horseradish Root - 150 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Citric acid - 2 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beets until tender and cool.
Peel the vegetable and grate it on a fine grater.
Pass the peeled garlic and horseradish root through a meat grinder.
Mix everything, add spices, oil, citric acid, sugar and salt.
Spread the workpiece in clean, dry jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the pan, roll them up and wrap them with a thick towel for a day.
