Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 30 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half, peel the seeds and put them in a saucepan.
Add water and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Rub soft fruits through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with spices, sugar and salt.
Boil for 10 minutes, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from heat.
Fill clean dry jars with hot sauce, roll them up and wrap them with a warm blanket for a day.
