- Zucchini - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Onion - 400 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the zucchini, peeled onion and bell pepper.
Pass tomatoes through a juicer.
Mix tomato juice, chopped vegetables and sugar. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat.
Add salt, garlic passed through the press, ground pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and close in the prepared jars.
