Worry about stocks for the winter and make more different blanks. Do not forget about homemade semi-finished products that can be used for a quick snack. Prepare, for example, a hodgepodge with mushrooms. Eat it just like that or add it to other dishes.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes in salted water, and then cool and finely chop.
Chop the cabbage, carrots and peeled onion.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add the carrots and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fry the mushrooms with spices in a separate frying pan.
Mix everything in a large saucepan, add cabbage, salt and water mixed with tomato paste.
Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Spread the hodgepodge in clean, dry jars and roll up.
