Ingredients

  • Dogwood - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Citric acid - 2 g
  • Water - 2 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort out the dogwood and rinse.

Pour cold water and boil for 30 minutes on low heat.

Put the berries in a colander and cool.

Rub the dogwood through a sieve to remove the peel and pits.

Mix the resulting puree with half of the broth, sugar and citric acid. Boil on low heat for 1 hour.

Arrange the hot jam in sterilized jars and roll it up.
