If your family likes spicy snacks from vegetables, prepare boiled adjika. The recipe is ridiculously simple: all the vegetables are crushed, mixed with spices and boiled over low heat. Moreover, the welding time can be changed depending on the desired density.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Fenugreek - 0,5 tsp.
- Marjoram - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot pepper, peel the seeds and rinse.
Cut tomatoes and pass them through a juicer.
Peel the bell pepper, onion and garlic, chop in a blender.
Mix everything in a deep saucepan, add sugar, salt, spices and leave for 1 hour.
Pour in the oil and simmer for 50-60 minutes.
Add vinegar, remove from heat and place in clean, dry jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and leave it warm for a day.
