Replenish your food supplies with delicious billet! Cook asparagus beans in tomato for the winter. It can be added to stews and soups, as well as served on the table as an addition to the side dish. A portion of such canned food will replace a full-fledged protein snack.
Ingredients
- String beans - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Tomato paste - 3 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Salt - 10 g
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the asparagus beans and peeled onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add asparagus beans, spices and simmer for 15 minutes under a lid over low heat.
Add salt and water mixed with tomato paste.
Soak for another 10 minutes, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from the heat.
Spread out in prepared jars, roll up and turn upside down.
