- Melissa - 300 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 500 ml
- Lemon juice - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with lemon juice and sugar, and boil until dissolved.
Put the lemon balm leaves, bring to a boil again and cook the syrup for half an hour.
Strain the syrup and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
