Condensed milk from pears with milk for winter
You got it right — condensed milk is made from pears with milk. The process, of course, is long and time-consuming, but in the end you will be generously rewarded with an amazing dessert. I advise you to buy farm dairy products with a high percentage of fat content.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pears, seeds and finely chop them.
Put the chopped fruit in a saucepan and cover with sugar.
Put on a slow fire and boil for 1 hour. Stir occasionally so that the mass does not burn.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.
Pour in the soda and mix. After that, a high foam should appear.
Pour in warm milk and cook on low heat for 3.5-4 hours. Stir the condensed milk frequently for the last hour.
Remove the pan from the heat, cool slightly and beat with a blender at high speed for 2-4 minutes.
Spread the hot condensed milk in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
