- Kalina - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the viburnum berries from the brushes, rinse thoroughly and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Transfer the dry viburnum to a wide bowl and mash it with a pusher.
Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
Add sugar, mix and arrange in clean, dry jars. Close with nylon lids and store in a cold place.
