- Grapes - 2 kg
- Sugar - 800 g

Remove the grapes from the brushes, rinse under running water and put them on a towel to dry.
Put the dry grapes in a saucepan with a thick bottom and slowly warm up until the grape juice appears.
Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve. To do this, it is convenient to use a wooden spoon.
Mix grape puree with sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Fill the prepared jars with hot jelly, close the lids and wrap them with a warm blanket for a day.
