Ingredients
- Bell pepper (red, yellow and green) – 1.5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and chop them in any way.
Add sugar and salt, and boil the puree for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add the chopped pepper and boil the lecho for another 40 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the lecho into sterilized jars.
