If you often cook pancakes, cheesecakes and waffles, you will definitely need a five-minute plum jam recipe. Fruits can be crushed using a blender or a meat grinder. Sweet lovers can increase the amount of sugar to 3 kg.

Ingredients

  • Plums - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 2 kg
  • Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the plums in half, peel the seeds and pass through a meat grinder.

Add sugar, stir and leave for 2 hours.

Bring the jam to a boil over low heat, add citric acid and cook for 5 minutes.

Arrange the hot jam in clean, dry jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel.
