Summer is a time of vegetable abundance and a time of conservation. And the more you make different blanks, the less you will have to buy everything in winter. For this reason, I propose an interesting recipe for fried pepper. Serve it as a snack, add it to stews and soups.

Ingredients

  • Bell pepper - 3 kg
  • Vinegar - 150 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 250 ml
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the bell pepper, peel off the stalk, seeds and cut into medium pieces.

Fry the pepper in a hot frying pan with oil. The degree of roasting is determined at your discretion, but usually 5-7 minutes is enough for each serving.

Put the hot pepper in sterilized jars, sprinkling with salt.

Pour the remaining oil, add a little vinegar to each jar and roll up.
