Salad with smoked mackerel and vegetables is prepared simply and quickly, suitable for a dietary diet. Mackerel can be taken both hot and cold smoked. It is important to remove the maximum number of small bones.
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 sheet
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1/2 pieces
- Mackerel (smoked) – 1/2 carcasses
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the lettuce leaf, tear it with your hands and put it in a salad bowl.
Wash the tomato and half of the cucumber, cut into small pieces and put it on top of the lettuce leaf.
Divide the mackerel fillets into small pieces and place on top of the vegetables.
Season the salad with olive oil and sprinkle with lime juice, add salt and spices to taste.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad before serving. You can take black sesame or flax seeds for contrast. If desired, you can also sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs.
